Since 2010 we have helped over 10,000 people improve their lives and business using digital, driving positive outcomes, improving processes and collaboration, reducing loneliness, supporting basic digital skills, health and wellbeing.  We pride ourselves in offering a personalised, caring and nurturing approach.

Word continues to spread about Stay In Touch and we are on a mission to help more Australians.  In order to achieve this, it is critical that we find a Client Care Administrator to manage our client enquiries, our IT Consultants calendars, manage our databases and campaigns.

We teach you to be a Digital Mentor and Presenter.  We will train you on our processes, and our topics, therefore looking for someone who can commit to be part of the team for a minimum of two years.

Key Job Functions:

  • Visiting Senior Clients in their homes to assist and encourage digital skills

    • Banking and shopping online

    • Claiming Medicare

    • Getting the best out of their phone or tablet

    • Downloading the Covid Vaccination certificate

    • How to use Facebook

Ideally you will be:

  • Strong commitment to doing what is best for our clients

  • Ability to work independently

  • Good communication skills and an ability to put technology jargon in terms the client can understand

  • Patient, friendly, personable , confident, calm and nurturing manner

  • Confident and resourceful in finding answers to problems

  • Ability to work autonomously in a constantly changing environment

  • Ability to adapt to different situations

  • Deliver a high level of customer service, which is proactive, cooperative and dependable by analysing client needs and developing rapport with clients

  • Desire to keep up to date with latest technology trends

  • Your own laptop or computer and an iPad or Samsung tablet

  • Your own car

We provide the training on our processes, you will be part of the Stay In Touch team and will continue to receive ongoing training and support.

This is ideal if you are available throughout the week but do not want something full time, rather on a casual where you can choose when to work based on your other commitments.   You could be a parent looking for work during certain hours, semi-retired, or have another part time job and wanting to fill the hours.

Due to the training involved we are looking for a minimum two year commitment with this arrangement.
